With the introduction of the reinforced plastics division, today we are able to provide products completely made from fibreglass, or fibreglass with a resistant internal chemical liner made from sheets of PVC, PP, PVDF, ECTFE and PTFE.
Products made from reinforced plastics can be designed by our technical office with fine-tuning of project data and plan, or realised according to the needs and plans of the customer.
We produce appliances with a capacity of 1,000 litres - 150,000 litres.
The appliances are designed according to internal standards and/or international specifications.
Our tanks can have either a horizontal or vertical axis. The construction procedure of reinforced plastics involves a resistant chemical barrier with high vitreous fibre content, and a final external layer which protects against adverse atmospheric conditions.
It is possible to give greater chemical resistance to appliances thanks to the internal film liners of variable thickness, made from PP, PVC, ECTFE and PTFE. With the same characteristics it is possible to build pipe liners which go from DN 15 to DN 4,000mm.
